1. General Terms and Eligibility

bjbazi operates an online entertainment and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between each individual who uses the bjbazi platform ("User" or "Member") and bjbazi.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

bjbazi is operated for entertainment purposes only. All activities on the platform are conducted fairly and transparently, and user data is protected with SSL encryption.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To create and use an account on the bjbazi platform, a user must be at least 21 years of age. This service is therefore available only to those aged 21 or above. bjbazi reserves the right to verify identity at any time, and any account belonging to a minor will be closed immediately.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is not permitted, and in such cases all associated accounts will be closed.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

At the time of registration, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. bjbazi reserves the right to close the account and cancel any earned bonuses if false or misleading information is provided.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for your account password and login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. bjbazi will not be held responsible for access by third parties.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Before a withdrawal, bjbazi reserves the right to verify the user's identity. This process may require a copy of a government-issued ID. If cooperation is not provided, the withdrawal may be cancelled or put on hold.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bjbazi offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To claim this bonus, the first deposit must be made after registration.

Example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total Balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳26,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 (maximum limit) → Total Balance ৳41,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw any bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x). For example, a ৳1,200 bonus requires ৳24,000 in total bets to be placed. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Any attempt to earn bonuses through fraudulent activity will result in account closure.

bjbazi is committed to ensuring fair play. All games are operated through verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that all outcomes are completely impartial and unpredictable.

5.2 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If any bet remains unresolved due to a technical error, bjbazi will make the final decision on that bet. Specific market rules apply separately for cricket and other sports betting.

5.3 Technical Issues

bjbazi will not be held responsible for losses caused by server errors, disconnections, or any other technical issues. In such situations, bjbazi will attempt to resolve the problem in a reasonable manner.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjbazi platform:

• Using a false identity or someone else's identity on an account.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets strategically with the intent to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.
• Using the platform for the purpose of illegal money laundering.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or sharing an account.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving in a discourteous manner toward other users.
• Deliberately exploiting network delays or vulnerabilities.

If a user engages in any of the above activities, bjbazi reserves the right to close the account and seize the balance without prior notice.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 bjbazi's Rights

bjbazi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, without prior notice, particularly if:

• There is suspicion that the Terms have been violated.
• Evidence of false information provided during registration is found.
• Cooperation with identity verification is not provided.
• There is suspicion of fraud or money laundering.

7.2 Account Closure at User Request

Any user may request account closure at any time via 24/7 live chat or email. Eligible balances may be withdrawn before closure, provided no active restrictions are in place.

8. Limitation of Liability

bjbazi's liability is limited solely to direct losses, and under no circumstances will bjbazi be liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

bjbazi accepts no liability in the following situations:

• Losses caused by issues with the user's device or internet connection.
• Losses caused by unauthorized access to an account by a third party.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.
• Delays or issues with third-party payment gateways.

Participation in gambling or betting is conducted entirely at the user's own risk. bjbazi is not responsible for financial losses.
